Below you will find all currently available, researched details clearly bundled.
Prices and Tickets of JumpzoneX Passau
For transparent planning, looking at the ticket structure is crucial. JumpzoneX Passau publishes the core prices for free jumping on its website without frills: The 60-minute jump costs €14 per person; those who want to stay longer can choose the 90-minute jump for €19 per person. In addition, online vouchers are available, including a 120-minute voucher currently offered for €29. This price tiering allows for a flexible duration of stay – practical for families who want to try it out for a shorter time initially, and also for groups who want to let loose longer. Booking is conveniently done through the online reservation or the webshop. Especially on weekends and during holiday periods, online booking is recommended to ensure everyone can check in at the desired time. Experience shows: Those who book early secure the best start times and also take advantage of ongoing discounts.
An important detail: Non-slip jump socks are mandatory for trampoline jumping. If none are available, suitable socks can be purchased on-site. This is hygienically sensible and contributes to safety while jumping. Additionally, JumpzoneX communicates weekly promotions that save real money when purchasing tickets: on Tuesdays there is 1+1 (two jump, one pays), on Wednesdays students benefit, Thursdays are Family Day with family-friendly conditions, Fridays offer Cyber Friday for followers, and on Saturday and Sunday there are early bird discounts at the start of the day. It is important to note that these promotions do not apply on school-free days. For schools, clubs, or companies, special group offers can be arranged; it is worthwhile to inquire through the published contact details.
For children's birthdays, the prices are also clearly calculable: The Standard and Plus packages include 2 hours of jump time and a reserved, decorated party table for a total of 3 hours of stay. The Standard package includes pizza slices and drinks after jumping, and a cake can be brought along. The Plus package adds matching t-shirts for the kids and jump socks as an extra – a nice keepsake for the group photo. Those who celebrate mid-week save additionally: For celebrations from Tuesday to Thursday, a limited-time birthday promotion with a 20 percent discount on the entire celebration is communicated. The booking system of JumpzoneX is designed for fast, binding reservations. Tip: Request desired dates early, especially for Saturdays and holiday periods.
Opening Hours and Holiday Times: Plan Your Visit
The regular opening hours help with weekly planning: JumpzoneX Passau is closed on Mondays. From Tuesday to Thursday, the trampoline park is open from 14:00 to 18:00. On Fridays, it is open until 20:00 (14:00 to 20:00). On weekends – Saturday and Sunday – the hall welcomes visitors from 09:00 to 20:00. Additionally, for holidays and school vacations, there is continuous opening from 09:00 to 20:00. For the ongoing winter season, the specific holiday times have already been publicly announced: During the Christmas holidays from 20.12.2025 to including 06.01.2026, it is open daily from 09:00 to 20:00; on 24.12. and 25.12. as well as on 31.12. and 01.01., the hall remains closed. Such notices are continuously updated on the website and announced in a timely manner, for example, when individual days run with changed times due to special events. Visitors should take a quick look at the homepage before arrival to see any daily updates.
Why is this look important? Trampoline parks are particularly popular on rainy days, during holidays, and in the late afternoon. With the clearly communicated time logic – 60, 90, or 120 minutes – you can book yourself into suitable time slots. Those who start early on the weekend benefit from the early bird discount and typically have more space per person. Families with preschool children like to use the quieter off-peak times in the morning, while teenagers naturally arrive later in the day. Groups should also not postpone reservations: By checking in at the same time, pre-booking saves time and reduces waiting lines. Even if you stop by spontaneously, a quick call or a look at the online calendar is worthwhile, as capacities are limited per time slot and safety is a priority.
Additionally, JumpzoneX publishes daily operating notices as needed – for example, in December 2025, the opening on 12.12. was shortened to 14:00 to 18:00 and the start on 13.12. was set to 10:00. Such announcements show that the team operates transparently and informs visitors early. For personal planning, it is advisable to have booking confirmations and receipts ready via email, arrive 15 minutes before the slot begins, and keep an eye on possible updates during weather changes or holidays. Those who follow these simple steps typically experience the hall stress-free and without rush at check-in.
Directions and Parking at Heininger Straße 8
The JumpzoneX Passau is located at 94036 Passau-Heining, Heininger Str. 8. The location in the Heining district offers the advantage of short distances from the southwestern urban area and quick connections from the surrounding area. For those arriving by car, free parking spaces are designated directly on the premises. This is especially practical when multiple children, backpacks, and party supplies are involved. According to industry and location directories, there are also barrier-friendly parking spaces and wheelchair-accessible access, which makes planning easier for families with strollers or guests with mobility limitations. It is advisable to arrive a few minutes before the booked slot, as the short check-in with instructions, ticket control, and possibly sock purchase will proceed more quickly.
For those planning to use public transport, they should orient themselves to the lines and stops towards Heining. When using public transport, it is advisable to check the daily schedules of the Passau public utilities, as frequencies can vary depending on the day of the week and time, and in the evenings, only condensed or less frequently running lines are often in service. The JumpzoneX website provides a map for orientation to quickly find the route. For navigation devices, the exact address is sufficient; on-site, the hall is signposted. An advantage of the location: The premises are not in a tight downtown area, so arrival and departure usually proceed smoothly – especially when birthday groups arrive with multiple vehicles at the same time. Please note: During peak times (weekends, holiday beginnings), the parking lot may be more crowded; therefore, it is advisable to choose earlier slots or form carpooling.
For bicycles, parking options are common in the vicinity of the commercial areas; bring a lock and place the bike in a visible location. Those using a taxi or ride service can be dropped off directly in front of the entrance. For navigation apps, the spelling Heininger Str. 8 or Heininger Straße 8 is common; both reliably lead to the destination. With this travel information and the comfortable parking situation, JumpzoneX Passau is also easily accessible for larger birthday parties.
Attractions, Safety, and Age Rules at a Glance
The trampoline park in Passau relies on a well-thought-out zone concept: In the JUMP ZONE, experienced and older kids as well as adults find a variety of jumping surfaces to train basic jumps, rotations, and moves into the airbag. The large air cushion area softens landings, which conveys safety and encourages trying new things step by step. In parallel, the PLAY ZONE is designed as a separate area for younger children – with play and slide elements, colorful design, and enough space to let off steam without colliding with faster jumpers. This division fulfills a recurring parental wish: age-appropriate jumping, without stress for the little ones and without restrictions for the athletically ambitious.
A central quality feature is the regularly checked safety. According to the operators, the facility is inspected by the Safe Playgrounds initiative and is continuously maintained. Additionally, clear jumping rules apply, which are displayed on-site and detailed in the terms of use: no double flips on the trampolines, flips only if you are experienced; do not flip from trampoline to trampoline; never fall head or feet first into the airbag; leave the airbag quickly after jumping; know your limits and do not jump under the influence of alcohol or drugs. These rules serve to protect everyone and help reduce risks. The team on-site supports friendly, provides instructions, and ensures compliance. Those without experience start with basic jumps and gradually increase – fun and safety go hand in hand.
Regarding age logic, JumpzoneX follows a proven principle: Access to the JUMP ZONE is from about 7 years, while younger guests can let off steam in the PLAY ZONE. This avoids physical under- or overexertion and ensures that toddlers do not get caught in fast jumping series. For families with mixed age groups, the concept is ideal: the older ones use trampoline areas and airbag, while the younger ones have their own adventure at the same time. Non-slip jump socks are used, which provide grip and protect the hall floor; suitable socks are available on-site. This combination of area offerings, age rules, materials, and supervision creates an environment that is both energetic and reliably organized – perfect for regular visits or athletic balance after school.
Birthdays, Groups, and Promotions: Celebrate and Save
Trampoline birthdays are among the most popular offerings at JumpzoneX Passau. Two packages are at the center: Standard and Plus. Both include 2 hours of pure jump time and a lovingly decorated party table, which is available for a total of 3 hours. The Standard package includes pizza slices and drinks for the children; a cake can be brought along – a practical detail that many families appreciate. The Plus package adds matching t-shirts and jump socks for the birthday child and guests. Whether photos during the cake cutting or the first jump into the airbag: The combination of a reserved corner and hall action makes the celebration planable and lively at the same time. The organizational effort remains manageable, as food, drinks, and time slots are clearly defined.
For budget planning, the transparent package prices are helpful; additional information and booking steps can be found in the webshop. Depending on the day of the week, further discounts can be combined: The operators communicate a 20 percent promotion for birthdays from Tuesday to Thursday – also valid on school-free days. Additionally, there are weekly savings days: 1+1 on Tuesday, student day on Wednesday, family day on Thursday, cyber Friday for followers on Friday, and early bird on weekends. In practice, it is worthwhile to schedule the celebration date within these frameworks. For example, if you are supervising a class or a club, you can coordinate individually with JumpzoneX – the team creates tailored conditions for groups of any size. Also practical: vouchers as gift ideas, whether hour vouchers, 10-pack, or value vouchers; this way, the party can also be planned flexibly later.
A few organizational tips simplify planning: Inform guests in advance about sports clothing, best to leave jewelry at home, provide a water bottle, and plan small breaks for longer sessions. There are seating areas for parents and companions to stay close to the action; the capacity of these places is naturally limited, so arriving early helps find a good spot. If planning photos, keep the Plus package with matching shirts in mind – this immediately creates a team feeling in the pictures. Conclusion: With clear time slots, reserved areas, and reliable catering, JumpzoneX Passau is a well-rounded solution for birthdays, school, and company outings.

The JumpzoneX Passau at Heininger Str. 8 is a modern indoor trampoline park in Passau-Heining aimed at families, school classes, clubs, companies, and anyone looking for safe action indoors. The centerpiece of the offering is a variety of trampolines and a huge airbag on a total area of 1400 m². Visitors can conveniently book their jump times online, park for free directly on the premises, and benefit from recurring action days. There is a separate Play Zone for younger children; reserved areas with catering are available for birthdays. The regular opening hours are clearly communicated on the website, with holiday hours being extended and updated daily. This makes it easy to plan a visit – whether as a family outing on the weekend, a sporty afternoon during the week, or a big celebration with friends and colleagues. The key topics for planning are prices and tickets, opening hours during the season and holidays, directions and parking, attractions and safety, as well as offers for birthdays and groups.
Photos and Impressions: Experience JumpzoneX Best
Many guests look for photos before their visit to get an idea of the trampoline areas, airbag, and party zones. JumpzoneX refers to its social media channels, where current impressions, reels, and pictures are shared continuously. For an authentic impression, it is worthwhile to match the visual materials with your own time of day: In the early bird slots on weekends, the areas are typically quieter; in the afternoon and early evening, it gets livelier, which appears more dynamic in photos. Those specifically planning group pictures – for example, at a birthday – should keep the reserved party zone in mind: First the quieter motives at the table, then action shots in the hall, and finally the memory photo with t-shirts and socks. The safety rule applies that cameras and smartphones should be used in a way that does not hinder other jumpers.
For children under 7 years, the Play Zone provides its own photo opportunity: colorful climbing and sliding elements and plenty of movement, but in an environment tailored to the needs of the youngest. Older kids and adults set highlights with airbag jump sequences or coordinated team jumps. If a parent does not jump themselves, they can use the seating areas in sight to document reactions and progress. The Plus package with matching shirts not only ensures recognition but also makes the photo series appear tidy. Tip: Check before the slot if all jump socks fit correctly; this saves interruptions. As the hall regularly communicates new promotional offers, visuals with discount information can also be found online – useful for scheduling and sharing in family or club chats.
If you want to post impressions after your visit, pay attention to the brand-specific keywords and hashtags – this way, other families can quickly find inspiration. And if JumpzoneX launches new offers, the notices will appear online first. This means that photos are not only memories but also guides for the next visit. Perhaps the most important point: The hall relies on checked safety, clear rules, and structured time slots – exactly the mix that ensures that pictures do not look staged but show genuine joy.
Practical Information On-Site: Bistro, Seating Areas, Contact & Notes
A visit is particularly pleasant when the little things are right. In JumpzoneX Passau, there is a small bistro with snacks, sweets, and drinks; anyone thirsty after jumping or needing something for the break will find it. Seating is available, although naturally not unlimited. This is especially relaxing for parents who want to accompany their children in sight. For brought items, backpacks and bags are suitable; valuables should preferably be kept on the body. The requirement for non-slip socks serves hygiene and safety – suitable socks are available on-site. If you have specific questions about allergens, group sizes, or procedures, please contact the team directly; the contact methods are transparent: by phone at the provided mobile number, via email, or via WhatsApp message.
The most important contact details are: Address Heininger Str. 8, 94036 Passau; Email passau@jumpzonex.net; Phone +49 1512 1676981. The standard opening hours are Tue–Thu 14:00–18:00, Fri 14:00–20:00, Sat/Sun 09:00–20:00, closed on Mon; on holidays and during vacations 09:00–20:00. For the Christmas holidays from 20.12.2025 to 06.01.2026, the hall is open daily from 09:00 to 20:00; it remains closed on 24./25.12. and 31.12./01.01. Short-term changes and special times are prominently communicated on the website. Those who want to save should pay attention to the action days: Tuesdays 1+1, Wednesdays students, Thursdays Family Day, Fridays Cyber Friday for followers, and Early Bird on weekends – with the note that promotions do not apply on school-free days. For birthdays, early reservation including package choice (Standard or Plus) and clarification of the number of guests is recommended. Groups such as schools, clubs, or companies receive tailored offers upon request.
Finally, a look at the safety culture: The facility is regularly inspected, the jumping rules are clearly formulated and explained on-site. These include, among other things, no double flips, no flips from trampoline to trampoline, never jumping head or feet first into the airbag, leaving the airbag quickly, knowing limits, and jumping sober. These guidelines are not harassment but the basis for fun without unpleasant surprises. Together with the area offering of 1400 m² and the separation of JUMP ZONE and PLAY ZONE, this creates an environment where families can plan relaxed – from the first trial visit to the birthday to regular sports dates in the afternoon.

Watch out! The trampoline area is not for small children, too many teenagers jumping around wildly without consideration. I was there with my 4-year-old daughter, paid 14€ for an hour, but the child got scared after 15 minutes and wanted to go in later without teenagers, which was not allowed by the staff member with a beard and glasses. Too bad, I will only visit Babalu and recommend it to others.

We visited JUMPZONE for the first time. We only booked an hour - that was too short for the girls. Two hours is optimal, with a little break included. We were lucky, it wasn't too crowded. A maximum of 15 kids on the trampoline. The little son, who is 4 years old, was only allowed in the play area. This is very nice, big, and offers adventures for the little ones. I went in briefly 😜 to see it from the inside. I got lost.... The little ones play tag and hide and seek. Overall, the hall isn't too big. There's a fridge you can help yourself to. Payment is made at the counter. There's a seating area for parents. There are rather too few seats when the place is full. The children's birthday parties take place in the same seating area as the parents. There is no separate room/area. Prices for drinks are okay. For an hour of jumping, I paid 14€ plus 8€ for the play area. Whether that's worth it or too expensive is something everyone has to decide for themselves. I find it expensive compared to other places where you pay 10€ for the whole day!! After an hour, you wear a colorful bracelet, and the staff asks you to leave JUMPZONE. It's worth a visit. Then the kids have seen it - and checked it off ☺️

The cleanliness in the children's area is not great, we were there twice within 8 weeks, and after that time, I found a band-aid exactly in the same spot. The climbing ropes also need to be renewed. Otherwise, our little one thinks it's very cool there.

I was surprised that there were no changing rooms there. Everything else was fine. Updated on 26.10.2025: According to the staff's response, there are indeed changing rooms that we unfortunately overlooked. I only saw a pile of clothes and shoes next to the entrance door, which made the salon look a bit messy. But if there are changing rooms and people just don't use them, I would still give it 5 stars – then it really is a perfect place.

The kids definitely have fun, but the staff is quite picky. If you're five minutes late, you can't get in even if you would pay the full price. Too bad, with the entrance fee, you really think twice about risking it again.
