The eFact Karaoke Billard Dart Bar at Holzheimerstraße 8 in 94032 Passau is a destination for evenings filled with singing, playing, and laughter. The name says it all: karaoke, E-Dart, and billiards come together here in a modern, cozy atmosphere. The location is centrally located, allowing you to easily reach the bar by car via the parking guidance system or by public transport. In addition to the classic themes of a leisure bar, eFact is characterized by a friendly, international vibe that guests often highlight positively. Some visitors report private karaoke rooms, making spontaneous singers feel as comfortable as groups with party plans. Since there is also a restaurant at the same location, the evening can be easily combined: eat, switch over, sing, or play a round of darts and billiards. Those who plan their visit well benefit from clearly communicated opening hours, parking options in the surrounding parking garages, and easy phone accessibility. The following overview summarizes the key topics that seekers are interested in regarding karaoke, darts, E-Dart rules, directions, parking, reservations, and the typical atmosphere in Passau.
Karaoke and Darts in One: How to Use the eFact Offers
The combination of karaoke and darts is a recipe for success, as it connects two very different types of entertainment: communal singing with a stage-show feel and the focused, slightly competitive game at the dart machine. In the eFact Bar, karaoke is staged according to guest votes with modern lighting and relaxed moderation, allowing both beginners and experienced singers to quickly warm up. Those who prefer to enjoy singing in a smaller group benefit from reports of the possibility to create private karaoke moments in rooms away from the main area. This makes birthdays, shared flat evenings, or small team celebrations with their own song list and without stage fright a success. The darts offer relies on E-Dart machines that automatically handle scoring and offer different game types. This is ideal for beginners, as little prior knowledge is needed: choose the mode, start credits, and the display shows remaining points, hits, and order. Advanced players can enjoy variants like Cricket or various X01 settings; teams can compete in doubles or team formats. The switch between karaoke and darts keeps the evening dynamic. Those not currently at the microphone can cheer, film, or chase points at E-Dart. Conversely, after an intense match, the mood can be lightened with a favorite song. For groups, it is worthwhile to clarify in advance whether to focus more on singing or darts and to plan corresponding time slots. As the bar also offers billiard tables, a triad is created: from concentrated cue action to precise throwing to loud choruses. Guests describe the atmosphere as cozy and modern, with friendly staff and an international audience; individual groups report on student outings, celebrations on the way to Austria, or mixed rounds celebrating Spanish songs as well as German pop. This shows that karaoke is not limited to one language or genre, but the guests determine the music. Those who plan their visit flexibly can combine multiple leisure ideas in one location without changing venues.
E-Dart Games Explained: 301, 501, Cricket – Rules and Practical Tips
E-Dart is electronic darts on plastic boards with soft-tip darts. The machines automatically record hits and handle scoring, remaining points, and the display of active players. The most popular modes include X01 games like 301 or 501 and Cricket. In X01, players start with a score – usually 501 or 301 – and play down to exactly 0 with each throw. The last dart must hit a double field in many variants, known as Double-Out. There are also variants like Straight Out, Master Out, or Double In that modify the entry or conclusion. 301 is the shorter, faster variant and is ideal when several games are planned in a short time. 501 is the classic and is often played in legs; multiple legs can be bundled into sets if a tournament atmosphere is desired. Cricket is one of the most popular arcade games alongside X01. The goal is to close the numbers 15 to 20 and the Bull, meaning each of these numbers must be hit three times. As long as a field is closed by Player A, but the opponent still has it open, A can collect points on that field. Only when all participants have closed a field is it neutral. This requires strategy: those in the lead consistently close fields, while those trailing seek points on already closed segments of the opponent. E-Dart machines typically offer additional features such as handicap settings for balanced games, team options for doubles and teams, training games like Around the Clock or Shanghai, and sometimes even cyber-match opponents at various difficulty levels. The standard distances are based on established measurements: the horizontal throwing distance is often 2.44 meters, with the bull height at around 1.73 meters; details may vary slightly depending on the machine or league. Practical tips for the evening: Decide before the game starts which mode will be played and whether Double-Out applies. Use handicap options for mixed groups so that beginners can keep up with the fun. Balance is crucial when throwing: one foot remains steady behind the throwing line, the stance is stable, and the throw follows smoothly. In a team, a sequence that matches your strengths is advisable, such as scorers first, finishers later. Those who sing in between can play darts in sprints: short legs, then back to the karaoke list. This keeps the evening lively and allows everyone to participate.

Please note that individual days may vary on holidays, at semester starts, or with private bookings. Therefore, the safest option is a quick call in advance at 01575 7119150. Especially for groups, a reservation is recommended, as private karaoke rooms and billiard tables can quickly be booked out during peak times. For bachelorette parties, birthdays, or team evenings, it is worthwhile to mention time slots and wishes, such as whether the focus is on karaoke, whether certain languages or genres should be on the song list, or whether darts should be played in parallel. Guests highlight the friendly, helpful service, which makes coordination on-site easier. Reviews also indicate that starting during the week is often more relaxed because it is less crowded; energy rises on weekends – and with it the demand. Those who are flexible can come earlier during the week, set up, warm up their voices or practice, and then celebrate into the evening. Price information for games and tables may vary depending on the timing; some guest voices have mentioned an affordable billiard hourly rate. Since prices are subject to change, it is advisable to clarify current conditions by phone. For spontaneous visits, it is helpful to check if events are taking place in Passau that could influence occupancy. Parallel offerings, such as city karaoke parties in clubs, show that karaoke is generally popular in Passau – the eFact Bar scores with the combination of singing, darts, and billiards in one place.
Billiards in Passau: Tables, Atmosphere, and What Guests Report
Billiards adds a third, calm game component to the eFact Bar's offerings. While karaoke and darts can be loud and competitive, billiards is the perfect counterpart for conversations and concentrated shots. Guests describe the tables as well-maintained and the prices as fair; individual voices mentioned an affordable hourly rate in spring 2025, indicating that billiards is popular and accessible as part of the evening. Again, it is advisable to check current conditions on-site or by phone. Regarding the atmosphere, reports frequently highlight the combination of modern design, cozy seating areas, and harmonious lighting. The sound environment remains pleasant thanks to the room layout, allowing for good conversations at the edge of the karaoke action. Groups can rotate between a game at the table, a round of E-Dart, and the next karaoke song without changing rooms; this creates variety and dynamics. Additionally, guests report that the staff is open to music requests and welcomes international songs, which fits the diversity of the audience. Some groups build the evening modularly: first dinner in the immediate vicinity at the same location, then switch to the bar, sign up for karaoke, and later play billiards or darts. This creates a change of pace that allows for both a big performance and quiet strategizing at the table. For ambitious players, it is worth considering chalk and cue basics: stable stance, calm shot, and conscious pocket choice. For beginners, 8-ball rules are a good start; experienced players enjoy 9-ball or straight pool. In combination with karaoke, billiards becomes a social anchor point: friends meet here while others sing, and new teams form for the next dart leg. Those who take photos or short clips will find strong motifs in the neon colors and reflections on the green cloth, ideal for memories of the evening in Passau.
Typical Evenings and Special Highlights: From Private Rooms to Neighborhood
A successful evening at the eFact Karaoke Billard Dart Bar rarely follows a fixed pattern – it develops. Some begin with a quiet warm-up in a small circle, possibly in a private karaoke setting, as guests describe, while others start directly at the E-Dart machines, choosing 301 or Cricket and forming teams spontaneously. The social rhythm arises from the roles: singers, scorers, camera operators, motivators. Those seeking a sense of community sign up for the karaoke list and wait for their turn; in the meantime, there is enough time for a leg of darts or a few break attempts at the billiard table. Culinary convenience: The location at Holzheimerstraße 8 also houses a restaurant, making it easy to combine dinner with a bar visit. Guest descriptions often mention the transition from a meal next door directly into the karaoke evening. This neighborhood makes eFact attractive for travelers stopping in Passau on their way to Austria, as well as for students and friend groups from the city. Linguistically, the stage is open: German, English, Spanish – whatever the group brings is sung. This is reflected in playlists ranging from current pop to evergreens. Those seeking variety can take advantage of the E-Dart options: handicap options balance performance differences, team games involve everyone, and training modes provide quick successes. Thanks to automatic scoring, the focus remains on fun rather than counting. For special occasions, the bar is an option for mini-events: birthdays, bachelorette parties, or team kick-offs can be planned with a clear schedule – reserving the time slot, a short soundcheck in the karaoke area, starting with a group song, then switching to darts or billiards. A signature song that connects the group is recommended as a conclusion. Those traveling by car benefit from the garages available around the city center and the parking guidance system that indicates available capacities. With buses and trains, the connection via the ZOB is convenient; the timetable information helps with the night return. Overall, this creates an evening that combines many elements in one address while still allowing enough space for individual touches.

We were five (all students between 19 and 20) at the eFact Karaoke & Billiard Bar and had a really great evening! 🎱🎯 We played darts and billiards, which was so much fun. We had wine spritzers (super delicious!) and Passauer Helles. 🍻 The staff was super nice and created a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The ambiance is really nice – cozy but modern. Since we were there during the week, it was relatively empty, which was perfect: we basically had the tables to ourselves and could enjoy a wonderful evening. The prices were totally reasonable – absolutely fair for what’s offered. 💸 Absolutely recommendable – we will definitely come back!
